My counseling experience includes over ten years providing individual, couples and group therapy to adults, adolescents and children in both office and telehealth settings. My goal in working with you is to empower you to discover your inner strength so you can increase your joy, happiness, purpose and connection with others.
I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology March 2012 and a Master’s Degree in General Mental Health Counseling from Capella University December 2019. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina.
